2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Diced Onion
16 oz. Heavy Cream
16 oz. JoMomma’s Smokin' Hot Momma Salsa
1 cup Grated Parmesan
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and immediately add diced onion, cooking until onions soften.
Add heavy cream and JoMomma's Salsa and simmer over low heat while stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
Add grated parmesan cheese and simmer while stirring constantly for 3-5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy immediately with your favorite pasta or place in food storage container and refrigerate up to seven days.
