Ingredients
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Diced Onion
16 oz. Heavy Cream
16 oz. JoMomma’s Smokin' Hot Momma Salsa
1 cup Grated Parmesan
Preparation
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and immediately add diced onion, cooking until onions soften. Â
Add heavy cream and JoMomma's Salsa and simmer over low heat while stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Â
Add grated parmesan cheese and simmer while stirring constantly for 3-5 more minutes. Â
Remove from heat and enjoy immediately with your favorite pasta or place in food storage container and refrigerate up to seven days.
