JoMomma’s Pineapple Mango Warm Bacon Dressing

Makes 24 ounces




  • 16 oz. JoMomma's Pineapple Mango Salsa

  • 12 oz. Sprite

  • 1/2 cup Corn Syrup (or Honey)

  • 1 lb. Bacon (cooked)


  1. Combine JoMomma's Salsa, Sprite and corn syrup (or honey) in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.  

  2. While salsa is simmering, cook bacon until most crisp, drain fat thoroughly and chop in to 1/4" - 1/2" pieces.

  3. Add cooked bacon to salsa mixture and simmer an additional five minutes.  

  4. Remove from and heat & serve or place in food storage container and refrigerate up to seven days.
