Ingredients
16 oz. JoMomma's Pineapple Mango Salsa
12 oz. Sprite
1/2 cup Corn Syrup (or Honey)
1 lb. Bacon (cooked)
Preparation
Combine JoMomma's Salsa, Sprite and corn syrup (or honey) in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
While salsa is simmering, cook bacon until most crisp, drain fat thoroughly and chop in to 1/4" - 1/2" pieces.
Add cooked bacon to salsa mixture and simmer an additional five minutes.
Remove from and heat & serve or place in food storage container and refrigerate up to seven days.
